Welcome to the Happy Hippos and Happy New
Year!
Room

With the new year here, the teachers
of the Hippo room are very excited about all of the new and exciting
things we will be doing. We have officially started going to the Tumbili
Playground, where the kids are having an absolute blast. Their teachers
are having a lot of fun watching them in there as well. We are also having
gym time! During our gym time, we are working on our large motor skills
such as playing with the basketballs, running, hopping, flying like
airplanes, and so much more!
With the addition of gym time, our
schedule will be changing a bit. Our circle and song time will now be in
the afternoon. Don’t forget to ask your little ones about all of the fun
songs we are learning. Also, please check out our bulletin board. Your
children have been working hard on their crafts, and we are excited to
display them for you. What budding artists we have in our room!
Once again, we thank you for letting
your precious children be a part of our Mondays and Fridays. We love and
enjoy them so much.
